Hi everyone Monte here just wanted to make sure people know about this awesome event UBG Airsoft LLC. Is putting on myself and some senior team mates and field friends will be setting up trainning courses to help the younger guys play more effectively and understand the team work needed. It's also a great chance to meet some experienced players ask questions about gear and stuff. And an added bonus our minion squad(16 and under) will be there as well to share there experience. Whats up Airsoft. Our sponsor UBG Airsoft LLC. And a few of the team members have come up with a great idea to bring the younger generation of little airsofters to the next level. With that being said we are planning on an introduction to tactics and milsim for ages 10 to 17. We will have members from Dark Detachment training different groups on roles played during a milsim. We will take our time to introduce proper CQB tactics such as room clearing, moving through a town and ways to clear hallways and much more. Medic classes and proper ways to play the role with the team medics. Ways to patrol in the woods that will effectively allow you to be more proficient while moving. Other things like react to contact and reacting to an ambush will be taught. How to run as pointman and being able to properly identify enemy players. Knowing how to use these tactics will make you a much better milsim player and airsofter all around. The best way to get better is to train. We have come up with a structured day that will bring you through these classes and break down movements and maneuvers in an easy way. It will be a crawl, walk, run training that will culminate with a mini game at the end of the day. We are really looking forward to doing this and has been an idea of ours for a long time. With decades of knowledge between the team it would be awesome to pass it down to the next generation. Lunch will be provided, along with water but it's always good to have extra water, and a few snacks. This is for any level of player to see if they are looking into playing a more milsim style of airsoft, or of they are a more casual player. The date of the training will be July 26th. The plan is to start when the field opens and play through the day. Please feel free to ask any questions. What's up airsoft. Sorry I'm a few days late but had to get the pictures from the team in. What can we say about this past STAGOPs Clawhammer, we can start with the fact that we had an awesome time and loved every second of it. The team has been growing in such a positive way, we are at the point where 2 squads were able to be on the field. Monte and Hippie separated after a decade of playing together to take out their own squads. Monte with the QRF, and Hippie with her maneuver Squad. The team showed up to Harris Farm Airsoft Field ready to play, we all were registered and cronoed very early witch allowed us all to go over team tactics and to bring together our plans for the game. We all made the hike up to our CP and got ready for the call to go out and do what we do best. As soon as we were told we left cp and made it to our first AO, Hippie took her Squad to Ft. Harris and Jackyl where they were able to find a few game items right off the rip, while QRF was putting in work and taking out enemy squad after squad. The firefights were great, and it was really nice hearing the good sportsmanship calls in the woods. There is nothing better than hearing the "hey great shot" call when your in an engagement. Both teams didn't really take any breaks for this one, if there was a redcon we got back to CP reloaded and retasked to where we were told. Our maneuver squad was able to find a few more game items and get them back to FOB, but the big move was Monte and the QRF being able to sneak to the enemy FOB and raid the game items and successfully get them back to Ft. Harris. Towards the end of the day most of the faction was sent to escort a dead queen on her throne all the way out to Harris bridge. Monte and the QRF were in a heavy engagement and calling for reenforcements, Hippie yelled to her squad to shift and we made it to them to help. Squirrel and myself carried the queen through the woodline while the entire team laid cover and suppressing fire to the enemy. Through a small creek and finally to Harris bridge. One of my favorite things about this op is we were able to have our sons come and play, Jr, Boyo, and Scrat all played like they were seasoned adults. They moved shoot and communicated just like they were taught. Monte Squirrel and myself could not have been more proud to see them grow as much as they have, and get the next generation of guys to love milsim airsoft as much as we do. This would not have been a successful Op without the knowledge and support that we received from our command Element, Bricks and our own Stimpy were amazing leaders and we were lucky to have them orchestrate the squads the way they did. Clawhammer is one of my favorite events to go to, and I know the team enjoyed it. Thank you to Gordon and all the guys at Stagops that put in the hard work to allow us to have fun. We will all be out again next year for this. As for the team, we are geared up and ready for the next games, it would not be possible without the help and support from our friends and sponsors over at UBG Airsoft LLC.
