What's up Airsoft. Deeds here with another op post for you. The team went down to Skirmish paintball down in PA this weekend to attend American MilSim Liberty. The entire team wasn't in attendance but we definitely had some of our heavy hitters. We started Saturday morning with the usual crono and pci, and then walked out to our CP. The game was started and we were tasked with taking "Tipman Castle" we got in and cleared the building the only way we know how. Fast and aggressive. It was ours, small enemy elements probed and tried to attack to no avail. We were relived and sent on a kill mission, and that I'd exactly what we did. With 10 of us there it was easy to break down into 2 fire teams, Monte and Hippie tactically advanced the teams into fire and flanking positions and we're able to eliminate squad after squad. Then the rain came, that didn't stop us from getting our missions done. After resetting at fob we figured we would bring the fight to our enemy. The team traversed the map and got into enemy territory. Set up an ambush in a small town and then the fun begins. Stimpy and Ren let off with a barrage of lmg fire giving the team the ability to maneuver into proper fighting positions. We had no clue that we took on most of the enemy faction. As we were down to just Rosie our friends from Black Death Vanguards came through and finished off the rest of the enemy player. It was truly one of my favorite moments in airsoft. Throughout Saturday the combat was fast and intense, we all were able to get many kills and even took out the enemy command element. I had so many medic revives. Our new prospect Crayon came down with us and we're so happy he did. He helped me so much with littering down teammates to my position to revive them. And was always engaged in a firefight with us. We played late into the night and finally came off the field around 930 10 and returned to camp for an awesome dinner together. Sunday started with a great sunny morning. Ares and HeavyMetal led us out on point. Dax and myself took up rear security and we were hungry to continue the fight. Engagement after engagement, the thing I enjoyed was getting into a fire fight with our teammate Tyrant and prospect Gimili. Due to tickets the had to play on tan but it was so much fun slinging bbs with them. This was a wicked fun Op, we always enjoy going to these big national events and look forward to more in the future. The team is gearing up for STAGOPs clawhammer in a few weeks up in Maine and can't wait. It's one of my favorite ops because we get to bring our kids with us. Jr, and Boyo have been running this op with us for a few years now and I know they are looking forward to having there new friend Scrat come join us. We hope to see you guys up at Harris Farm Airsoft Field for this event. With that said the team is forever growing and taking on new roles and building new DD elements.
